The Joans Brothers grew up in a tight-knit Christian family in Wyckoff New Jersey, that strongly supported their artistic interests.
They have a younger brother, Franklin Jonas, who has his own band, Franklin Jonas and the Byzantines. Over time, he has earned the nickname “Bonus Jonas.”
Their parents are Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., a songwriter, musician, and former pastor, and Denise Miller-Jonas, a former sign language teacher and singer.

Music was a family affair, with their father performing Christian music and their mother also singing, helping to foster the brothers’ early musical development.
The brothers were raised primarily in New Jersey, though Joe was born in Arizona and Nick in Texas, reflecting a bit of geographic variety in their early lives.
Beyond fame, the broader Jonas family remains involved in ventures like Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, a family restaurant concept that honors their relatives and Southern roots.

Kevin is married to Danielle Jonas, and they have two daughters, Alena and Valentina, who occasionally appear at family-related projects and events.
Joe has two daughters, Willa and Delphine, with his ex-wife Sophie Turner, with whom he maintains a cooperative co-parenting relationship.
Nick is married to actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and together they have a daughter, further extending the high-profile, multi-cultural dimension of the Jonas family.
