As previously mentioned, the body cannot survive an ironman triathlon without fueling throughout the race. To best learn proper day of race nutrition, this video will go more into depth about the things you need to make it through.

Recovery Techniques

In the span of 1 week of training, you will be running upwards to 19 miles, biking 100+ miles, and swimming 3 miles. With such a demanding training regime, recovery is beyond important. To avoid injury and help you get the most out of every workout, this must be a priority. This video will walk you through important stratgies to perform your best.

Transition Techniques

An Ironman is difficult for many reasons but perhaps the most difficult aspect is making the cut-off times.In between the swim and bike and the bike to the swim you will spend time changing and prepping for the next sport. These transitions, if done incorrectly, have the potential to ravage your time. This video will walk you through certain tips to help you limit the time you spend changing.
